Is there really a free trial?
Yes. Every plan comes with a free trial. Add your property, take it for a spin, and only subscribe if it's right for you.
What's the difference between Starter and the other plans?
Starter is our simplest, invoicing-only plan: send professional invoices, take a deposit and balance, and track who has paid — without the full booking system (no availability calendar or website embeds). Lite, Pro and Enterprise are the complete booking platform, with calendars, online booking and embeddable widgets.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Start on Starter or Lite and move up to Pro or Enterprise whenever you need the full booking system, more properties or team members. Your data comes with you.
What counts as a "property"?
A property is any single unit guests can book — one cottage, one caravan, one boat. Lite covers up to 2 properties, Pro covers up to 10, and Enterprise is unlimited. (Starter is our invoicing-only plan and is not tied to a property count.)
Do you charge commission on bookings?
No. Stayabl is a flat subscription. Bookings taken directly through your own calendar and website are yours — we don't take a cut per booking.
Which payment methods can my guests use?
Guests can pay securely by card, bank transfer or PayPal. This is configurable by you. You can request a deposit up front and collect the balance later using automatic payment schedules.
