Feature questions, answered

Can I sync my booking data to external booking channels, and vice versa?
Yes. Every plan includes calendar sync with Airbnb, Booking.com and other channels, so you never have to juggle multiple calendars by hand. Export your Stayabl availability to a channel so it blocks the dates you're already booked, and import that channel's reservations straight back into Stayabl. It all runs automatically in the background, keeping every calendar in step and helping you avoid double bookings.
Do guests book instantly, or do I get to approve requests first?
Whichever you prefer. Turn on instant book so guests can pay and confirm a stay straight away, or use booking requests to review each enquiry and accept or decline it yourself before it's confirmed. Either way, the dates are held automatically while a decision or payment is pending, so you never risk a double booking.
Do I need a separate merchant account to take card payments?
No. Card payments are built in via Stripe, so guests can pay securely from a link or your website without you setting up a merchant account. PayPal is also supported if that suits your business better.
Can I take a deposit and collect the rest automatically?
Yes. Set a deposit amount when a booking is made, and Stayabl will automatically collect the remaining balance from the guest on a schedule you control ahead of arrival — no manual chasing required.
Will the embeddable booking widgets match my website's look and feel?
Yes. The calendar, rate card and enquiry widgets can be customised with your own brand colours and dropped onto your site with a single snippet — no developer needed. They resize themselves automatically to fit the page they're embedded on.
How many properties can I manage on Stayabl?
That depends on your plan: Lite covers up to 2 properties, Pro up to 10, and Enterprise is unlimited. Each property gets its own calendar, photos, rates and rules within the same account. Does Stayabl collect guest feedback after a stay?
Yes. Stayabl can automatically invite guests to leave feedback once their stay ends, helping you build a reputation and win repeat bookings without having to chase reviews yourself.
